Arabic Support Captivate 8

Hello forum gurus, I have a question that I hope someone on this site can assist me with.

I have a powerpoint presentation that I wish to import to Captivate 8, so far it works great for the English version.  My issue is that I also need the same material in Arabic as the majority of our employees are native Arabic speakers and our core business is provided in that language.  Whenever I import the Arabic powerpoint slides the text is reverse (LTR) and the letters in the words are separated.

The text below is a cut and paste from the Adobe Captivate 8 FAQs, but for the life of me I cannot find any supporting documentation or instruction to accomplishing this.

Is international language support available?

Yes. Adobe Captivate 8 supports right-to-left languages, including Arabic, Hebrew, and Urdu. Adobe Captivate 8 is available in English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazilian), and Spanish versions. All editions include a completely localized user interface and documentation.

The AutoText captions feature automatically generates caption text in Chinese (simplified), English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Spanish, and Swedish. Authors can customize the AutoText caption file to support additional languages.

Is it possible to import an Arabic powerpoint to Captivate and not lose the Arabic words?
