Assessment vs Training

I just created a small "test" project in Captivate 5 and selected "Demo" "Assessment" and "Training".  I can't really see any difference between Assessment and Training.  Does anyone know how these are different?

    Hello,

    Can you check Preferences (Edit menu), Recording, Modes and you'll see that the Hint captions will not appear in the Assessment mode, only Failure captions. Not so many differences indeed, but you can adapt those settings to your wishes. For both modes, a score of 1point is attached to each click box and Text Entry box, you can change that as well.

    Thanks very much.  Wow, that's an easy way to see the differences, seems like they can be tailored quite easily.  Sorry for the novice question, I am kinda new to Captivate - thanks again.
