Did you switch to Expert UI by checking the option 'Enable custom workspaces' in Preferences, General Settings?

The Help was not updated, that page is not very helpful, was OK for CP7.

If you are on Windows, do you Run Captivate as Administrator?

Perfect, thank you! I must have set that many version ago and that setting didn't "stick" during the upgrade.

No, Preferences have to be reset with each patch and update. You have to check that option whenever that happens.
