Captivate 9 Downlaod/Install

This is not my first Adobe download however.......

I am able to download the Captivate 9 trial "Z" file however it will not install. The download manger will not activate.

I have been through the "Support" responsive help menu to no avail - nothing works. I no longer appear to have the Adobe download manager installed on my computer and a new one is not activated when I try to download/install version 9.

Hi Dee,

When you use the Captivate 9 direct links, you first have to follow the important step-by-step instructions before clicking on any of the links, otherwise the downloads won't work and you'll get that message instead...

(Sorry, but it's a quirky requirement of Adobe's servers!)

Hope that helps.

Header Length too Large

Does anyone have a WORKING link to download CP 9 ??

"Header Length too Large" is a browser error, not having to do with Adobe or the site.

Clear your browser cache and cookies, and try again.  Or use a different browser.

Hello ,

Welcome to Adobe Forums !

In order to initiate the installation process you need to download the 7z and exe both files and they must be stored at the same location

You may follow the instructions mentioned in the below post

Re: Captivate 9 trial "image not recognised".

As you have mentioned above that the 7z is already downloaded so you just need to download and install the exe file only.

Once you save both the files in same location run the .exe file and follow the onscreen instructions.

Regards

Himanshu

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://trials3.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/CPTV/9/win64/Captivate_9_x64_LS21.exe" on this server.
