Color picker bug - 4k displays (Display Scaling)

I have come across a bug after buying a new 4k monitor, where the colour picker no longer works:

OS: Windows 10 (Anniversary update applied)

Captivate Version: Captivate 9.0.2.437

Screen Detail: 3840 x 2160

UI Scaling: 225% ("Change the size of text, apps and other items" option in windows display settings)

As soon as I set display scaling to 100% on the 4k monitor the colour picker works as expected, but then of course the UI becomes way too small to read.

I have lodged a bug report, but has anyone else come across this issue?

Similarly, have the same problem on Surface Pro 4, scaled 175% - can't use colour picker at all

    Double-checked on a Surface Pro 4, retina screen, % set to 200%. Same CP-version

The color picker results indeed in he wrong color., gives the grey color E5E5E5 whatever color you try to 'pick'. Because I  never do use that picker, because my projects are constantly based on the theme color palette. that is the reason why I never did see this behavior. You probably have identified a bug, indeed.

We have a 4k monitor, but are using Windows 7 on it and don't have an issue that we've noticed, but also don't run it at 100%. We'll check and see if we can break it.
