Completion not working for Captivate Course in LMS.

I have uploaded a Captivate 7 Course to my LMS (LearnDash) using Grassblade xAPI. I am also using the Grassblade LRS. My content will upload and play, but when it gets to the end it is not recognizing completion. According to Grassblade, the problem lies with my content, saying "content is not sending all the statements". I am wondering if there is something wrong with the way I have set-up my Quiz preferences, but I have tried changing them and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?
