Continuation of numbered list...

In trying to create a numbered list, I get past the first 2 items and then when entering the 3rd line it starts at #1 again. I'm not doing a soft return (SHIFT+ENTER) but a standard return - so it should be continuing with the bulleted items. I looked for a "start list with this number" option figuring I could just continue this "new" list to make it appear as one - but no such feature apparently exists in Cp7 (Mac). Is this true - I thought for sure that this was in Cp5.

Hello Kevin,

Can you tell me whre are you using the numbered list?

Can you check the same in a blank project as well?

Himanshu -

You know - I tried restarting and reopening yesterday and no luck. I opened up my machine today, opened up my project and crossed my fingers and lo and behold ordered list is working as should. I don't know why Himanshu - but am not asking questioins. You brought good luck to me today. Thank you.

Everytime you start a numbered list, it starts from 1 only. There is no "continue numbering" or "start list with this number" feature even in Captivate 7.
