Create a Dropdown menu

Hi,

I have looked up other answers to this but they don't seem to answer my question. I want to make a dropdown contents menu at the beginning of my project. I know there is a ToC in Captivate- we are using this too, but I'd like a thematic menu, with more detail on a dropdown. At first, I used the dropdown menu Widget but found that I was not able to format the text- some words need to be italicised. How can I create a manual dropdown menu that looks pretty much like the interaction?
