How to create a stopwatch, as easy as Articulate Storyline???

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a way to create a stopwatch in captivate for a project.

I cannot find information or tutorials about this, in my investigation I found this Storyline Element - Working Stopwatch - eLearning Locker  made in Articulate Storyline, the steps to achieve this are so easy, you can see them here StopWatch Infographic Steps.

Now the question is, how can i achieve the same thing using captivate??, I consider myself a medium experience user, I've made lots of e-learning projects, but this, this stopwatch project is a headache.

Can someone help me?
