How to import .exe files into Captivate

I have some Flash .exe files that I want to import into Captivate so I can combine the files....and also so I can choose the properties for the files (for example, either to run on a loop or also to take to a website upon completion).

So, how do I import .exe files into Captivate?

Hi mbpros

.EXE files cannot be imported into Captivate. If you are familiar with Flash and have the Flash source .FLA files, you would need to either drop the .FLA into Captivate or create .SWF files to be used instead of the .EXE files.

Hi:

If I don't have the FLA files and only have the .exe files, is there a way to create .SWF files from the .EXE files? Or is there some program that will take a .EXE Flash file and allow me to loop the file OR to choose what happens when the video ends?

Hi Steve

Unless you can find some sort of a converter out on the web, I think you are out of luck. I am aware of the SoThink SWF decompiler ( http://www.sothink.com/product/flashdecompiler ) but I'm somewhat doubtful it will work on .EXE files. Perhaps it will.
