Question

how to make click boxes and hint captions visible for the user so they know where to click during the session

I recorded my slides in demonstration mode- software application - and want the user to follow the screen prompts to carry out the demonstration...what I'm see though is that the click box hint captions stay hidden until the user clicks on the click box...but how do they know where to click is the issue....I don't want to record audio for all these slides.

A click box is invisible. You can add a highlight box, in the color of your choice and eventually some text indications as well or animations like an arrow to point to the right place.

So there is not way to automatically have the hint captions show up – they were picked up in the recording – which is the point – I don’t want to have to go and touch each and every prompt. There has to be some way to indicate to the user that they need to click in a certain spot on the page??

Not automatically, I used either to add indications on the slide itself if there was no audio, or added some slides in between with instructions.
