Issues when previewing a Captivate project

In Captivate (2019 release), sometimes, when you preview a project, you see the following error message.

Workaround

This issue is specific to your computing environment. You can either:

  • Uninstall and reinstall Captivate.
  • Change your network's proxy settings.
  • Change the default browser.

If the steps still do not resolve the issue, create a post in this forum or write to CaptivateHelp@adobe.com.
