Muse - Change Tab name for hyperlink that opens in a new tab

I have a Muse page that has several hyperlinks on this page.  Each hyperlink opens in a new tab.  How do I change the tab name of the hyperlinks tabs that open.

For Example  Muse page is called   -  Cookies  - This tab is fine

on the Cookies page is a hyperlink that says snicker doodles.  When you click on snicker doodles it opens in a new tab in the browser  How do I change the tab name that opens when they select the hyperlink text.  -Thank you
