One last thing, for the one that was working but isn't now, be sure to use "bring to front" option with this widget. That might correct the problem with the button you were using.

Easy Mike!
It's good to create a print button (instructions are below) -
but you can use a standard blank or text button too
1) Create a 'printer friendly document', pdf it and save it
where you will publish your project
2) Add a button, and change the button action (default is
'continue') to 'Open URL or File' and select your PDF
3) When your learner clicks on the button, the PDF will open
for them to print
~~~~ Create buttons~~~~
You need to use a programme that allows you to create PNG
files (illustration, powerpoint etc).
Effectively, you need to design 3 slightly different buttons
to represent how it looks: normally (up button), when the mouse is
over it (Over button), and when it's clicked (Down button).
You need to save the three buttons as PNG files into the
Captivate Gallery with the following syntax:
Button action_button name_button type.png
For example, to create a 'print button', save your three
buttons as:
Then, with your Captivate project open, click Window from the Menu bar, then choose Widgets. The widget pane will appear on the right of the screen where the library usually opens. Locate your new widget in the list and simply click and drag it onto the page. That's all there is to it!
