Published PDFs Opening as Blank White Screen in Chrome

Our published PDFs are opening as a blank white screens in Chrome. They open and play fine in Internet Explorer. I assumed this was because of the flash issue but even when I enable flash to run in Chrome's settings, I still get the white blank screen. Regular PDFs (i.e., regular word documents) work fine. I also tried disabling the pop-up blocker and still no success. Thanks!

Should be due to lack of Flash Player plugin for the Adobe Reader application necessary to open an interactive PDF.

This is almost certain to be due to Chrome not supporting Flash content, even if you still have the Flash Player plugin installed and enabled.

 

Note their statement in this blog post that they would disable Flash by default at some point:
