Unable to Preview in HTML5 in 2019 update

Question

I inported a MS PP into Captivate, and I'm getting several HTML Tracker errors and I am also unable to preview in HTML5. Any suggestions?

Can you provide some details? Are you indeed on version 11.5.1.499 (Help, About Captivate)? Which OS?

Is it possible to insert a screenshot of the HTML Tracker window? I am very astonished because PPT import onlycreates movie slides. Did you add objects after importing? Which browser did you use to preview?
