Using an Animated Avatar in Captivate 2017

I am creating a webinar using Captivate 2017. I would like to incorporate the use of an animated avatar with simple hand gestures and talking using pre-recorded narration (MP3 audio files). So....my question is this.
Q: Can I create a character in Fuse, upload to Mixamo to animate it and then either publish it as an MP4 or import it in Captivate 2017 to use as an avatar? I would like to embed or somehow attach an MP3 audio file for narration.
I can't find much information about this. Seems most animated programs out there just aren't used for this purpose but it would be really great if there is. Any character created would need to have a transparent background so it can be overlaid on my screens in Captivate 2017. Thanks.

Just one thing to note, moving to html5 means no more flash video only mp4. (Used to be great way to create transparent background video for Captivate avatars.) MP4 is a web delivery format and it does not have an alpha channel and therefore does not support transparency. You would have to look at an animation created in something like Animate and bring it in as an .oam or animated gif to have something with a transparent background.
