Walk cycle legs reversed

Hi I'm problems with my walk cycle, the arms and legs are bending the wrong way. I can change the elbow bend for the arms but I'm not sure what to do with the legs. I've also tried moving the knee but it doesn't make a difference.

This is the output photo when. The arms and legs are going the opposite way for some reason.

First of all, your appendages are reversed - they should be set up by YOUR right and left, not your character's right and left. I know, CH is silly that way. Fix the tags and let's see if that helps.

Looking at your rigging, I saw that you also have your parts in the right quarter, indicating that the character is walking to the right. I believe that it will need to be balanced with a left quarter as well and tagged appropriately. Walk does not work very well without the balance.
