CF 2023 Upgrade - Purchasing License Location

Dear Team,

Require you gudance to resolve these concerns.

I am currently resides at middleeast-Bahrain and trying to purchase upgrade Licence for CF 2023 Enterprise Edition. But we are not able to proceed with this purchase and getting attached error saying it is not applicable for my location. 

We are looking to upgrade from CF 10 standard Edition to CF 2023 Entraprise Edition

If those don't work, I'll note that you can also buy cf from resellers, such as the makers of the cf monitor FusionReactor (Intergral), who offer cf (showing prices always at a discount) at:

Or maybe someone will offer a solution your specific problem on whatever Adobe page you're using.

Please purchase full ColdFusion 2023 License, upgrade License will not work if you are planning to upgrade from CF 10 to CF 2023

Someone else has reported that error today, but only for the button to buy cf standard. It works fine for cf enterprise (which is what I tried when I replied to Madu the other day).
