Can I delivery recorded video with "online" ?

I use adobe connect v9. I recorded seminar video. Can I deliver like online it.

For example, if I recorded today, can I deliver like live broadcast at 17:30 tomorrow?

I understood how to deliver the recorded video on demand, but I did not know how to broadcast it like a live broadcast.

Take the recording offline, as an MP4 or FLV after editing it. Load that video file into the room and hit play in your live event.
