Close Captioning in Adobe Connect?

What is the process for close captioning in AC? How does it work? I am using version 9. I found the page on Adobe site to download the pod at http://www.adobe.com/products/adobeconnect/feature-details/closed-captioning.html. What next?

The key is that you need someone to provide the captioning.

I can tell you what we do. We use Caption Colorado to provide the actual captioning during the event.

Share Pod - Share document - Upload the Caption Pod

Under configuation, we choose Caption Colorado and use the Meeting ID we get from them after we schedule the captioning.
