Hi
We subscribed to Connect directly through the Adobe website. We need a Third Party data processing agreement with Adobe or a link to the relevant privacy notice so we can tell the users. Can you help please? Thanks

You can convert to a value added reseller, like Clarix Technologies, for the additional benefits and possible cost savings and they can assist you or you can contact Adobe support for the agreement.

Any idea how to contact them, as the support page just brings me back to this forum? Can't find a phone number anyway. Hugely annoying.

It's probably because you don't have an enterprise account so they think of you as someone using it for personal use. We could convert your account to an enterprise account, which shouldn't cost any extra unless you have a freemium account. It would also typically give you a higher capacity at a lower cost, and get you access to the support team, our free daily training and US based customer support. You can try calling 1-800-422-3623 and see if they give you support.

This is another possible helpful link:
I assume you are looking to get a Data Processing Agreement in place to be in compliance.

You can reach Adobe Support here: Enterprise Support
Or you can call them 800-422-3623
And if it helps, here's the Connect specific terms of use which append Adobe's general terms of use: https://wwwimages2.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/legal/terms/enterprise/pdfs/2013/PDM-ConnectOnDeman...

I think that link might not be the right one anymore...
Here is the GDPR guideline:

and the newer agreements link:
Enterprise Licensing Terms | Adobe
With the General Terms:
and the PSLT I think you were trying to reference.
