Host & Presenter area not showing automatically after promotion from Participant

We use Adobe Connect for market research interviews. The interview subject logs in as a guest participant. Also, we have always asked the staff of our clients who want to view the interview to log in as a guest participant and then our host promotes them to "presenter" so they can see the Host & Presenter area.

It seems that after the most recent update when the host promotes someone from participant to presenter, the Host & Presenter area no longer appears automatically. The presenter must change to full screen or click on Force Presenter View in order to see it. This is an extra step we do not want to coach our mostly one-time client viewers, especially as this was never a problem before.

I'm not seeing this same behavior in Connect 12.5. Maybe this is a bug in 12.4 (if that is the version you are on).

I'm also confused about your workflow. The Host & Presenter area doesn't have a 'Force Presenter View' option, so you may be talking about a different function in Connect. The Host & Presenter area does have an option to show only to Hosts or to Hosts and Presenters. Maybe you have it set to show only to Hosts?
