How to edit the webcam so it is rotated

So basically when I use my computer camera when I put my left hand up it shows it on one side, however when my webcam is used I would put my left hand up again and it would be on the other side. I think it may have to do with whether it is a front or rear camera and what I need an answer for is how can you rotate the camera back to normal when chatting

Can you use your webcam's drivers or native management application to flip the video? Connect doesn't have any functionality to do this in the application.

Yes eventually it was able to work because for some reason using different softwares meant my camera would change depending on the software. Just a mistake by me..
