How to insert Javascript into an Adobe Connect Event Template

I'm wondering if it's possible for us to insert Javascript into our event template. If it is, how?

I've seen one service which does something like this. They even demonstrated how in a video.

In the video, we can see that they used the external component. But I don't know how that thing actually works because when I view the source, it is actually an iframe.

Anyone have an idea?
