how to undo full screen in adobe connect?

I was trying to find something in another document while attending class through adobe connect and clicked ctrl+F to find in the document. I was still in Adobe Connect, not the document, and the Adobe Connect window went to full screen. I couldnt access minmize, maximize, close, or the whole title bar in general and couldnt access the taskbar either. the only thing on my whole screen was the Adobe Connect pods. I had to completely restart my machine to get out of Adobe Connect and go back in to not have it at full screen because I didn't know how to undo the ctrl+F shortcut. Could anyone tell me how to undo the Ctrl+F full screen shortcut for Adobe Connect? Thank you.

    Correct answer Jorma_at_CoSo

Pressing Esc brings the Connect room back to the normal mode for me.

You should also be able to open the Meeting menu and uncheck Full Screen to get out of that mode.
