I work for a company and one of our users is attending a course that requires them joining meetings hosted via adobe connect .

Is it possible to join meetings via adobe connect without installing anything on our IT systems ?

I know the likes of Webex , zoom , etc allow you to join meetings without installing anything .

Thankyou

Sure, depending on the setting that the Host has for their room there is the option to join with their browser's Flash player (if that is still enabled) or the HTML client for Connect rather than downloading and installing the Connect Desktop App.

I run a training company and we have recently moved all our courses to Adobe Connect. We have used it for 10 years with specific clients. But now we have corporate users who are struggling to get the HTML version working in Internet Explorer / Microsoft Edge / Safari. I work well in Chrome but they are not allowed by their Corporate IT to install Chrome. I am thinking. Any guidance on which browsers are compatible with the HTML version would be useful, as would an updated diagnostic tool.

It should work in any modern browser (not IE, it's not modern lol). All the supported browsers for the HTML client can be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/tech-specs.html
