my adobe connect was working but now saying undergoing maintenance after we bought adobe softwares

We bought adobe softwares at work and from my home I click the link to which we got in the email, I can not remember what link it was.Then suddenly I can not watch the videos with the help with adobe connect which I used to watch. ANd they are saying Adobe connect undergo maintenance.

    There has been maintenance going on the servers for recent updates to the Connect application. You can see what is happening here: http://status.adobe.com/additional_services

    You should recieve email notifications for scheduled maintenance, but you can also reach out to Adobe, to get live support, here: Adobe Connect Help | Adobe Connect Support
