Packaged content loaded into Adobe Connect not Visible to iPad users

I packaged my PowerPoint presentations to Adobe Connect so that the video will run within the PPT in one share pod. I'm getting feedback that our participants on iPads are unable to see/hear video and ultimately the PowerPoint dissapeard. Is this known, or am I missing a setting? Thank you!

If I recall, the mobile app showed FLV video but not MP4. Have you tried inserting the video as an FLV?
