Hello, my server of Adobe Connect have a problem when it is working 1 or 2 days the Adobe Connect Service is stopped. I can see in the event viewer the next errors:

What do the logs tell you? You should be able to pull the error log for when this happened and it will give a little more detail, or at least some guidance as to where to start looking.

I'm guessing you have been working with a trial account for an on-premise deployment. The license has expired, so the software will not work. Either get the trial account extended or work with your reseller to purchase the desired licensing. If you have purchased the software for Connect, you may need to reach out to support to get an updated license file to correct the expiration date issue.

Hi Jorma, the supplier say me that may license file is correct. After he look the logs, he say: "the problem is the time because it's not synchronized with the database server", but the Connect server and the database server are synchronized with the same time server. I would still reach out to Adobe Support, as they are the ones who can help identify the issue and, if needed, get you a new license file.
Since your error log shows:
"Health check failed due to server expiry (expiry date=2013-03-26T00:17:44.560+01:00, current time=2013-03-26T00:17:50.933+01:00)."
I'd find it hard to believe that it has to do with a sync with the DB. This message seems to state that your license expired on March 26th, 2013... The DB sync issue may be there, but I see nothing in the logs about a DB communications issue.

Hi
I have the same problem
I possess 2 servers:
1 Adobe connect server and 1 database server
The database server is up and running and the currespond database "breeze" has no problem in resolving queries.
The adobe connect service in adobe connect server is stopped and when i start it, it gets stopped after a few seconds automatically...
I checked the logs:
I have a "Invalid substitution variable : UV_NUMBER" message in master log, and different cores are no longer active.
I would appreciate any help...

Fortunately, I found the issue./
My colleague had changed the sa password of the database server without telling me. After I asked him 2 times in case of any change he has made, finally he remembered that. At least now it works fine.
