Unable to Login to the Adobe Connect Central

Hello All,

I have just installed adobe connect (10.6) and I am unable to log in into the adobe connect admin portal. 

log in with URL: http://connect.mylab.com

What are you seeing when you try to log in?

Did you create the Admin login in the Connect Cosole on the server?

I get the invalid credential error.

Yes. I have created the admin user in the Connect Console.

Try creating a new admin user. If that doesn't work, then it may need to get Adobe Support involved. 

Are you seeing any error messages in the logs when Connect is started or running? Something to do with Database communications?

I have created a new admin account. It did not solve the issues. But a restart resolved the issues.
