Video not playing for all participants

Question

My video in Adobe Connect seems to have loaded fine but when a Presenter or Host plays the video, it only plays on their screen, it is not syncing that action for all participants. One important note, if it makes any difference, the slide deck with the video was uploaded to the Adobe Connect servers via an Adobe Presenter upload.

As is, the only way I can get my audience to view the video simultaneously is if I tell everyone to press play on my count. As far as I know I have everything set that it should play for everyone at the same time. I'm using the same set up in the platform that I have for a while and videos have played okay.

Are the rest of the things in the PPT playing back for everyone as the Host/Presenter advances the slide deck?

Did the Syn button (bottom right of the Share pod) get un-depressed?

Have you tried re-inserting the video in the slide deck using Presenter?

Would it be acceptable to have the video loaded in a different Share pod and transitioning between them, this would eliminate Presenter?
