I've inherited an Adobe Connect system and noticed that the Learners Group has MANAGE permissions to the Shared Training folder. Is that correctly setup? I would think they would have VIEW permissions but not MANAGE.
By default the Learners group has no system permissions. It is just a group that you can put all your learners (not entirely practical to most people). You can set their permissions to any value you deem appropriate for the Shared Training folder. View seems correct, if you want them to have access at all.
