Question
AAC Requires Flash Player 8.0.22 or newer ERROR
When I try to connect to Acrobat Connect I get the following
message:
***Adobe Acrobat Connect requires Flash Player 8.0.22 or newer***
I know I have the latest Flash Player installed (even reinstalled just to be on the safe side)
To support this the checking app on the troubleshooting page are giving me thumbs up on all accounts:
*** 1. Your version of Flash Player is supported (Supported)
*** 2. Server Connection Test (Connected)
*** 3. Connection Speed Test (Your connection is LAN speed)
*** 4. Acrobat Connect Add-in Test (Installed)
I'm using the following:
Mac OSX 10.5.5 / Intel Core 2 Duo
Firefox or Safari (Same problem in both browsers)
Suggestions (or solution) anyone?
