Adobe Connect content spinning?

I have been using Adobe Connect to upload Captivate eLearning courses for client reveiw and this has stopped working. The link opens a new window but just spins and never finishes opening? The account seems to work otherwise? I've tried a number of different trouble shooting steps with no luck? I am only using one course and one link at a time and it had been working well until last Friday.

That is a great suggestion and I am using that but I had just solved the problem and fixed it. At some point I had changed Publish Settings to Other LMS’s instead of Adobe Connect.

Hi Todd,

The presentation loads and plays just fine for me. One item that I could see being an issue is the % of the presentation that loads when you launch it. The default is that that Captivate loads 100% of the presentation before playing back. This can be a challenge when users are on VPN or restricted networks and the presentation is a large presenation.

Changing this number to 10-30% (depending on the size of the presenation) can significantly reduce load times. This option can be found by going to Edit > Preferences > Project > Start and End

See if that helps.
