Event Carousel not displaying - Event Manager Module

Any idea how to get the event carousel to display? I've added the plugin numerous times to see if I can get it to display to no avail. It shows the placeholder for the carousel when i go to edit but doesn't display in the iframe? Any ideas here would be appreciated, it has worked in the past until I started customizing the event catalog. Thanks for the help!
