Do you have any suggestions for people not on any of those? I've just run into this problem as well and I'm on a personal license. Can't even access this on Adobe Exchange receiving the same error, yet I've installed plugins before.

I'm also having the same problem, on a personal creative cloud pro license. I can't navigate through the plugin options in the creative cloud app, nor can I download any plugin at all over the browser (it says "Plugins are unavailable for your user type" ). Any fixes?

We're working on a fix. It's concerning that people with personal accounts seem to be affected, that's unexpected...
