I have "adobe creative cloud apps all"
in the application, there is a list of apps that you can open or install
but don't seem to have the option to install Acrobat PDF editor
app add-in does not even appear as an install or open option It was an option on my previous laptop.
When I bring up adobe cloud web version you do have the option,
the online adobe seems to open up. The desktop version which does not have the acrobat
option which should be included in Adobe creative cloud. Not sure what is causing this or is something being blocked.

Use Acrobat Pro DC for desktop.
PDF Editor is an online service.

your screenshot does not show adobe acrobat dc.
if it's not installed, it will appear below the installed programs (that have an open button) with an install button. install it.
if acrobat is already listed as installed and has an open button, click that open button. does acrobat dc open?

I don't have the option. If I log into my personal computer via the web I have the Adobe Acrobat option and I can open and run it however on my new laptop ( as shown in the attached pic) I don't have Adobe Acrobat as an option via the Creative Cloud Desktop. It was there on my previous laptop but no longer an option on my new one.

@Jaclyn Smith007, open your cc desktop app > click apps at the top:
embed screenshots showing the full extent of that panel. you'll need to scroll (vertically) to show the full extent and take more than 1 screenshot.

Hi Kglad,
As shown in the screenshot that I posted, the Creative Cloud Desktop shows that I was in All apps however I don't see the Acrobat and PDF under the categories as if I don't have access. It stops at the 3D and AIR category. Now one way I did get around this for now, which I don't like was to remove Creative Cloud with the cleaner, download and install Adobe Acrobat Pro and then re-install the Creative Cloud, My sign in works with Adobe however why is it not showing in the Creative Cloud Desktop if I just install that app. Is there something blocking or restricting that app?
Thanks

that's part of the panel. again, use the scrollbar to show all of it.
and yes, if you have an incompatible computer, apps won't be listed. https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html

Hi @Jaclyn Smith007 . Could you DM me the Adobe ID you're using? I can look into this further.
