BETA PANEL NOT FOUND

Hello guys , 
I need your help , I cant find my beta panel in desktop app , even i followed the instruction in the forum , 
but still not here , also in oobe ServiceConfig.xml dose not exist , everything is working good , just i cant find the beta apps
Also my plan is a Team plan.

contact your admin.  they control that option.
