Code d'erreur 1000

New Here ,

Hi @martin_2185,

Thank you for sharing the detailed description of the issue. Based on the error message you are encountering, “Unable to verify your subscription status – Error code: 10000,” along with the behavior where Photoshop only works temporarily after a reinstall, this seems to be related to intermittent authentication or connectivity issues with Adobe’s licensing servers.

To help resolve the issue, please try the following steps:

  1. Visit https://adobe.ly/44BI1rc and check whether you

I don't need the last one, but I do need a photoshop that launches without
error messages and without having to reinstall it several times to get it
to work.
I've been using photoshop on this computer for years without any problems.
Why do I have this problem and how can I fix it?

It worked, but as soon as I quit Photoshop and relaunch it, it doesn't work
anymore.

- I restarted photoshop v25.12.3 and got the same message: 'We are unable
to verify your subscription status. Error code: 10000.

- Same for photoshop version 26.8.1

- I have reinstalled photoshop v25.12.3 and I no longer get the
message...it still works. Please give me a solution, I can't reinstall
photoshop every day and not get the latest update.

  1. Visit https://adobe.ly/44BI1rc and check whether your plan appears as active. If your subscription is active, proceed with the next steps.

  2. Reset user license information
Follow the steps outlined in the guide below to refresh the license data on your machine:
    https://adobe.ly/44hT5IE

  3. Reset the hosts file
An incorrect hosts file may interfere with license server access. Please reset your system's hosts file using the instructions in this article:
    https://adobe.ly/462dNir

  4. Troubleshoot network connectivity
Ensure that your system can connect to Adobe servers. Follow the steps here:
    https://adobe.ly/45EtpIB

Additionally, review the list of required endpoints that must be accessible:
https://adobe.ly/4khBNl1

  1. Repair the Creative Cloud desktop app
Open the Creative Cloud app and go to: Help > Repair Creative Cloud app
If needed, refer to this article:
    https://adobe.ly/4ltJntL

  2. Temporarily disable antivirus, firewall, or VPN
Sometimes, security applications or VPNs can block license verification. Try temporarily disabling them to check if Photoshop launches successfully.

  3. Create a new local user profile
If the issue persists, try creating a new user account on your computer:

  • Create a new Windows or macOS user profile

  • Sign in to Creative Cloud using the same Adobe ID

  • Launch Photoshop to verify if the issue occurs in the new profile

Please let us know the outcome after performing these steps. If the issue continues, we will be happy to assist you further.

Regards,
^AN

Hello ^AN

It works, thank you !
The good step was to "Remove all certificates starting with Adobe User
and Adobe
App."
