Redemption code through Amazon, too many characters for 6 cell window?

Hello, has anyone had this issue? Purchased a yeary membership through Amamzon just as the rates were going up. Received a long redemption code of characters and numbers, but on trying to log in and redeem, there are only 6 cells to fill in. The screen prompted my phone with what looks like authenicator codes of 6 digits, but inputting them in, the redeem code button remains grayed over.  Been over a month of frustating attempts to get this sorted out. Any help would be appreciated from the community.

Thank you for the attempt, but this is the same window i was stuck on. Its
calling for a 6 digit code. the one I was provided on amazon is 24, with a
combination of numbers and letters in 4 section blocks.

there are 4 characters in each of the six fields.
