Problem with exporting quality

Whenever I export an image from Creative Cloud, it’ll export in insanely bad quality. Also when going onto the computer to try there its also terrible quality, I can export the photo but I cant go in and edit it on the computer. It tells me I need this subscription to do so and offers a free trial. I clicked on free trial and it brings me to a new page where im signed out. When I sign back in it takes me away from the page. Now its just a cycle of that. Clicking on free trial, getting logged out on the purchasing page. Logging back in and being taken back to my homepage. What tf?

When you post a question you always need to tell the program you are using
There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs
Please post the exact name of the Adobe program you use so a Moderator may move this message to that forum

I assume you're asking about Creative Cloud Express not Creative Cloud.
I'll move this question to that community for you.

Same issue. Export quality in CC Express is horrible. Makes the app worthless.

Hey, I have the same issue and it needs to be fixed fast. Do you guys have the answer of this? Export quality is very bad.

The main reason why this app will never be considered by social media users is the catastrophic export image & video quality (even for premium paid members!) Another reason: no emojis are allowed in text. Such a shame because there's a big potential here.

Try making your design much larger before exporting.
So, resizing the shapes in the editor (you may need to play around to see what sizes export correctly) or resizing the entire canvas size in the editor. For example, double the size of the image using custom size (Resize > Custom). Going larger will help you get the better quality on export.

Why not just fix it? There are so many other apps that export projects in great quality. Resizing requires a lot of work and to pay a subscription for such an easy issue to fix.

Can't speak for Adobe, but another suggestion is offered here:
"This could be an image file specific issue. However, there is a workaround you could try:
- Try to download the project in pdf format.
- Use CCX or any application(acrobat) to convert pdf to a jpeg/png."

Thanks for your answer but it doesn't ask in which format would I like to download the file, it just download it in jpeg as a default.

@Dan5F97 and @Tarcan22647190h5d3,
Web quality images are what they are due to bandwidth and file size limitations on the web. Quality also varies depending on your display's resolution and pixel density.
That said, if you're looking for high quality PRINT graphics, use Photoshop or Illustrator where you control final output settings (height, width and DPI).
Hope that helps.

Tarcan,
Hi! Thanks for your question.
I found this article about how to take a screenshot. Seems like good advice to me. Can you try it? We in the community need to see, visually, about the problem you are experiencing.
Thanks,
Kevin

As you see guys in detail, the pictures qualities are very different between online and be downloaded version. Also you may understand with size as well. Size is just 263kb. It looks terrible on to my new website. So I can not use my project. Need help please.
Many thanks to all

Hi Tarcan,
Thanks for the screenshots. We hear your frustration & want to make this a better experience. We see you have downloaded the project in JPG format. Could you try downloading it as PDF and PNG and check if you see the same result?
Thanks,
Saquib

I have a similar issue as well. It has never been a problem, but when I export assests from adobe illustrator and upload the files in canva. the assets are super blurry and i have no idea how to fix it. Ive done PNG, PDF, & I have rasterized to 300 ppi (higher resolution). still nothing.

Not sure what you're expecting to have happen.
Illustrator and Canva produce math-based vector graphic with sharp, crisp clean lines that can be re-scaled to any size without loss in quality. PNG is a pixel-based raster file that degrades the instant you hit save. In terms of similarity, vectors and rasters are like apples and alligators. See screenshot.
Also, PPI is irrelevant here. PNG is an 8-bit image file mainly used on the web. The best you can hope for is what web browsers can render on screen based on total height x width of image in pixels.
Hope that helps.

I'm having the same issue with CC Express mobile app. When you save a project to your camera roll the quality is substantially worse than what you see while editing in the app. This is completely unacceptable for use in any professional application. It makes the app worthless.

I can't believe I'm going to have to resort to a screenshot to get a higher quality resolution than the download.

I figured it out. I was working off of a template that had small font. I remade the image from scratch selecting the "Logo" size and it exports fine. This size defaulted text to a much larger size resulting in a higher resolution image. My error was working off of one of the template logos which had small size to begin with.
