web page won't publish

I am trying to publish and get a link for my Adobe Creative Cloud web page, but when I try, I get a message that says:

Would you be able to update your browser to the latest version and try again? Also, would you be able to clear the cache and try again with the incognito/private mode on the browser you are using?

    Thanks for replying. I'm wnodering now if the problem is that I was using a school account. I switched to a paid personal account, recreated the same webpage and it published instantly, no problems. Same laptop, same browser, no changes. Does this mean my students won't be able to publish webpages from their school accounts?
