Abo abgelaufen trotz 1 Jahr Prepaid

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich habe über Amazon kürzlich 1 Jahr prepaid für Lightroom, Photoshop und 20GB Cloudspeicher erworben und eingelöst. Nun habe ich in der Adobe Creative Cloud bei jeder Applikation stehen "Abo abgelaufen" und kann nichts mehr starten. Auf der Website kann ich den Key nicht nochmal aktivieren, da dann die Meldung kommt, das der Key bereits aktiviert wurde. Bei der ersten Eingabe erfolge keine Meldung.

 

Hat jemand ein ähnliches Problem? oder eine Lösung gefunden?

Das typische An- und Abmelden hat nicht geklappt, Neustart usw. ebenso wenig.

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
