Access denied to Adobe Portfolio

Hello!

I'm experiencing trouble in accessing Adobe Portfolio with a personal account.

Yesterday everything was ok when I add some informations but this morning it shows a Sudden denial of access to Portfolio

 

with this error 

Accesso a portfolio.adobe.com negato

Non disponi dei diritti dell'utente per visualizzare questa pagina.

HTTP ERROR 403
 
I've already check this page:
and also this one
but everything seems to be set correctly.
 
Could somebody help me, please?

Hi, thank you for your concern. I did try another two browsers, but that didn't work. Thankfully, the problem was solved after I erased the caché and restarted the computer.

the cache is/was irrelevant (if using different browsers also showed the problem). the restart resolved the problem.
