I found information stating that only certain documents are not supported for personal accounts. However, on my computer, I can’t even log in to Adobe Creative Cloud—it keeps showing that personal accounts are not supported and asks me to sign in with a company or school account.
I thought it might be broken, so I followed the official troubleshooting steps, but that didn’t help.
Then I used the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove everything and reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop. After signing in, it got stuck on the "Initializing" screen, and a few seconds later, the window just disappeared.
I also tried reinstalling using methods shared by others, but the issue remains the same. I’m not sure if it’s a problem with my account or something else, but I’m currently using the free trial.
I hope to find out what’s causing the issue.
