you don't have a current os.  what ps version are you trying to install? and are you using the cc desktop app to try and install ps?

What do you mean "You don't have a current OS"? I'm just trying to install the latest version of Photoshop, and yes I am using the CC Desktop App.

To explain my issue in more detail, Photoshop is stuck on installing at 1%, and then fails to download. I have tried repairing the Creative Cloud Desktop app but that doesn't seem to fix it.

I'm having exactly the same issue as you, and I have the most-current Windows 10 build: 22H2

error 107 is a corrupt download. retry.

the latest version of ps will require an os that's not years old, and does not support ltsc. ie, for win users you need:

Windows 10 64-bit (version 20H2) or later; LTSC versions are not supported

Try to reinstall Cloud app. It seems like this work for me
