Hi there!
About two months ago my Adobe subscribtion all of a sudden stopped working.
I've got the student license with reduced price due to attending university. This had worked well for about 8-9 months, when all of a sudden I lost acces to my programs.
When checking out my Creative Cloud, it says "start trial" for all my previously working and downloaded programs, which I have used alot.
When checking with my bank, I can see that I'm still being billed my monthly fine, as if the substribtion is still active.
I also checked with my coworkers and classmates and I'm the only one to have come across any issues at all.
I've spend couple of hours on trying to reach adobe support, but they dont seem to have any phone or chat options for me to reach (in Denmark). So now I'm trying here, hoping to get any insight on what to do.
Really appresiate any help on this issue!
