Adobe Portfolioのナビゲーションの幅を固定したい

ウィンドウの幅を小さくすると、ある程度のところからナビゲーションの幅も小さくなり、2行になったり、一番上のメニューがが表示されなくなったりします。

さらに画面の幅を小さくすると、ハンバーガーに切り替わるので解消されますが、設定で2行にならないように幅の固定などはできないのでしょうか？
