Did you upload videos to YouTube and then add them with Portfolio's Embed Module? This method has never failed for me unless YouTube was having a problem at their end.
What's the URL to your Portfolio page where videos don't play?
Which browser are you using? Have you tested with other browsers?
What country are you viewing from? I ask because your region may be blocking content that would otherwise be viewable from another region.
